Family Goal

 

Our new family goal is:  LET GO AND LET GOD

 

meaning - stop trying to control everyone and everything; when frustrated pray and put trust in the Lord; give Him our worries and fears and concerns and know that He will help us.

We plan on memorizing scriptures throughout the year that have to do with this goal.  Our first one is James 4:7
"Submit yourselves therefore to God.  Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"

Deesember going on her birthday breakfast date

 Deesember Laree is our sweet, thoughtful, imaginative, creative, talented (she can play pretty much any song on the piano by ear and she sings and harmonizes and makes up her own songs), horse-loving, responsible, sensitive, lovely daughter.  And she is now 13 years old.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!  I rang it in with a massive headache and slept most of the day.  Thankfully Carl was home and he took care of the fam.  2015 was great, but i'm ready for 2016 - it's going to be SPECTACULAR!!!!
